Hello lovely readers. It's December, so in Michigan that means wool socks, hot tea, and wishing to God my parents would have relocated our family to sunny Florida like sane people. In all actuality, it's been a warm fall with pretty great weather. That's why the icy breath of doom, when it comes, may render me useless until spring. (And yes, I know I exaggerate. It's one of my joys in life.)
This month I'm recovering from NaNoWriMo or National Novel Writing Month for you sane people who've probably showered regularly and have not developed a "Jesse Spano from Saved by the Bell" addiction to caffeine. I dedicated myself to writing 50,000 words and I chose to do it on Breeders 5. Riley and Clay are back at it, fighting the good fight, trying to find a path that leads them back together. Betsy and Ethan gets some page time, too, don't worry. And Auntie Bell has some choice phrases that will make a sailor's toes curl. It's great fun writing them again, and the book should be ready by spring. So until then...
